The 2011 BANQUET scheduled for Monday, May 16th occurred at the 300 San Jose. The 300 San Jose is located at 5420 Thornwood Drive in San Jose. The doors were opened at 4:30pm to allow the players to do some bowling. We had a GOOD crowd! Pictures were taken of all the players and sponsors upon arriving. The pictures are used in the game program.
The Master of Ceremonies was Bob Seymour, Almaden Valley Rotarian, and he introduced the keynote speaker Mike MacIntyre, San Jose State University Football Coach.
Following the dinner all the players introduced themselves giving their name, high school and college they plan to attend. Also attending was Lucy Wedemeyer who accepted a check for the Wedemeyer Foundation.
