Mercury News Comment:
Reyes, a dominating two-way starter, was named co-MVP of the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League De Anza Division. Reyes rushed for 1,325 yards and 23 touchdowns in 169 carries and also led the Chargers with 69 tackles. He also had one interception and 4 1/2 sacks and hopes to play for an Ivy League or I-AA school.
