Mercury News Comments: Iosefa won the section rushing title with 2,071 yards in 269 carries and scored 26 touchdowns. His 56-yard fourth-quarter run highlighted a 239-yard performance and set up the winning touchdown in the Eagles' 24-20 Large School Division chanpionship victory over San Benito. A runner who possess speed and strength, Iosefa averaged 209 yards over his final six games. Football may be in his future, but not for awhile. He first plans to embark on a mission for the Mormon church.
