Martini may have been even more vital this year than during his CCS-championship junior season. The presence of the SCVAL De Anza 100-meter champ meant opponents couldn't gang up on the run, opening things up for two 1,000-yard rushers. And even without graduated standout Danny Sullivan to throw to him, Martini improved his numbers to 54 catches and 1,211 yards and 12 touchdowns.
