The speedy Carr had a spectacular season for the Eagles, gaining 2,003 yards in 183 carries (10.9 yards per carry) and rushing for 29 of his 31 touchdowns. Carr was known as a break-away threat but also had the ability to finish runs between the tackles. He broke his foot in the second quarter of the Eagles' Open Division semifinal loss to Valley Christian, and the offense never recovered.
